Prestigious apartment created by renovation of historic building in the Centre of Rovinj, reachable by car; designed for 2 couples having 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom; located on the top floor of the building, terrace overlooking usable also for breakfast. With the comforts of a hotel, but much more spacious.

“Well-equipped aprtment in fantastic location”

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this apartment which tells you how much we love it. It is modern, clean and has a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony gets sun all of the day and is perfect for sunbathing, and drying clothes (thanks to the useful washing machine). The location can't be beaten for convenience. Everything is close to hand including taxis, buses, shops and many restaurants. Stefania and Christian always make us fell welcome and we hope to return again next year.

abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso appartamento nella seconda settimana di settembre. La posizione è ottima in quanto a pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e dai vari servizi che offre la bellissima Rovigno. L' appartamento, oltre ad essere spazioso, pulito e ben arredato, dispone di un ampio terrazzo con vista panoramica. Proprietari sempre gentili e disponibili, lo consigliamo vivamente!!

“Splendido”

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre persone dl 5 al 12 agosto 2018. Appartamento ristrutturato e ben curato, dotato di ogni comfort (aria condizionata, wifi, lavastoviglie, lavatrice). Cucina e soggiorno ampi con possibilità di aprire il divano letto. Camera con letto a castello e bagno sotto e camera matrimoniale con bagno al piano mansardato con acesso alla terrazza, comoda per stendere costumi ed asciugamani. 10 min. a piedi dal mare e a due passi dalla stazione bus. La posizione centrale dell'appartamento permette ogni tipo di spostamento con una certa comodità (negozi ristoranti...) Da sottolineare la disponibilità dei titolari Cristian e Stefania. Appartamento al 3° piano raggiungibile solo attraverso le scale.

I've been in this apartment with my wife and my two children in august ... we really enjoyed it! The location is perfect for going to the beach and for a walk in the city ... Perfect solution. Owners kind and helpful. We recommend it to everyone!

“Cozy, clean, perfect!”

This is the second time (and won't be the last) we rent this apartment: location, owners' kindness, sight from the terrace, the apartment itself, everything is simply perfect. The apartment is near to restaurants, markets, shops, the marina, and beaches: we left the car in the parking and forgot it. Together with the beautiful town of Rovinj it assures you a wonderful holiday, whether in winter, spring, fall or summer. I just can highly recommend it to everyone.

“Clean, Specious, Bright, with the postcards view of Rovinj”

We were greeted with warm, friendly and helpfull owners, Stefania & Cristian, in front of their apartment, that is located in the hart of the Rovinj. The apartment was beautiful, bright and very clean, looked like newly remodeled, with an amazing and romantic view from the upper level balcony, which we also found very practical for drying all the beach stuff.There is all the essentials that you need for the very comfortable stay, including all the grocery stores, cafes and restaurants near by. And there was a nice touch:The owners left a chilled bottle of Prosecco as a welcoming gift. We will visit again! Irena & Sasha Los Angeles
