Modern, comfortable and spacious loft apartment located in a quiet area of Rovinjsko Selo offers you true relaxation and rest, only 10 min drive from the crowded city and nearby beaches.

Furnished with love and charming arty details, offers lots of light and beautiful terrace view. It is placed on the 2nd floor of a family house in green quiet surroundings. Kitchen with all necessary utilities, bathroom with bathtub, big spacious living room, big wardrobe, double bed placed on a gallery above, small room with single bed and big spacious terrace looking at the sea and Rovinj city. Wi-fi , and air condition are included in the price. Free parking available.

The bed is custom made,MAX weight for 2 people is 150kg!

Position:

Only ten minutes (6km) drive from Rovinj city center and many nearby beaches (approx 8km), Rovinjsko Selo is a great starting point for coastal day trips to popular Istralandia aquapark, Poreč, Pula or equally beautiful charming old towns of central Istria, often compared to Italian Tuscany.

Please note that this area is placed in outskirts of Rovinj City, NOT the city center! The renting prices are lower, accordingly. If such location suits your desires it should not be considered as a downside when leaving reviews. Thanx for understanding! :)

I am not always present but I am usually there on the day of your arrival or departure ( I live 100 km away). My parents are there at all time. They live in the same house. So you can contact me via sms/e-mail/phone call , and I can be at your assistance, or tell them to provide what you need.
