Very nice flat with 5 stars (DTV classification). Fantastic view from the balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped eye with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer. Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bidet hair dryer is available. The house is situated in a quiet location on the sunny slopes of Ruhpolding. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring.

Response from the owner Hallo Klaus, danke für Deine ausführliche Bewertung, Erfahrung habt Ihr ja schon jede Menge mit Ruhpolding und unseren Ferienwohnungen. Eure vielen Besuche in Ruhpolding zeigen dass es immer wieder etwas zu entdecken gibt und man seine Urlaubstage hier gut verbringen kann. Bei der Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns selbst als Maßstab genommen und so eingerichtet wie uns eine Ferienwohnung selbst gefallen würde. Wir finden es zB. lästig das Geschirr im Urlaub selbst abspülen zu müssen oder auf Mini-TV mal einen Film anzuschauen. Wir freuen uns jedenfalls riesig dass Ihr so treue Gäste geworden seit und im August sehen wir uns ja schon bereits wieder. Lieben Gruß, Nathalie und Olle (Oliver)
