This 5 star (DTV) Apartment is equipped with latest comfort: New kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge incl freezer, also a kettle, egg cooker and pad coffee machine is available.. You can enjoy the morning on the balcony breakfast in the sun and have a view to Rauschenberg and golf course. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain showerhead and one finds next to a toilet and a bidet before. A hair dryer is also available. In the lounge there is a sofa bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The whole apartment is fitted with tiles and underfloor heating.
