Nestled high up in the stunning Vitet region of St Barts, the Villa Abby enjoys some serious privacy. So if you’re looking to get it away from it all in a beautifully designed luxury villa, you’ve certainly come to the right place. Enjoying breathtaking views of some of the most beautiful islets around, you’ve got Grand Cul de Sac, Frjegate, Marigot Bay, Toc Vert and Tortue just waiting for you to discover here.
The entire villa has superb views from all of the rooms throughout. It’s been luxuriously appointed with contemporary furnishings and decoration, and is an ideal location to bring friends or family. You’ve got three superb bedrooms and bathrooms, all with stunning views and air-conditioned for your comfort.
The gorgeous living room is beautifully furnished and is a great place for entertaining; enjoying wonderful views of the ocean. The kitchen is fully-equipped with excellent facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine; with seating for eight guests on the dining table looking out to even more superb views.
Outside the villa, you won’t be disappointed either. With its large stunning swimming pool, the gorgeous sun deck is perfect for whiling hours away in the sunshine or relaxing and enjoying the superb sunsets in the evenings. If you’re looking for a villa that offers true privacy, luxury and real versatility, Villa Abby ticks all of these boxes.
Villa Abby welcomes all guests over the ages of eight years old. Service-wise, you’ve got daily maid service, except for Sundays and public holidays. Pool and garden maintenance are also included as part of your rental, in addition to bedlinen, plus towels for both the beach and the villa.

We have been on island since 2005 and have our own local concierge and representative on island Premium IV St Barts Concierge Services for airport assistance, car rental, boat charter, private chefs, and anything else you can think of.
