“Location ideal” After a full day at the Disney Parks it is so enjoyable to walk into a spacious home away from home. Secure in the knowledge that everyone has room to spread out and relax from playing hard all day. A wonderful fully furnished townhouse with all the amenities of home in a gated community located just off of Fl 192 behind Kissemmee Old Town and only 3 miles from Walt Disney World s Animal Kingdom. Beautiful pool and play area are bonus over the top.

“nice place well kept” This condo is in a good location. You can walk to Old Town to the car shows every friday and saturday nights. The wi-fi is excellent. There is plenty of room. We ride our bicycles up and down 192 on the very wide sidewalks. Many good restaurants within walking distance. The owner keeps you informed of the things you need to know in a timely fashion

“A Magical Stay” What's not to love about this home! First and foremost Brandie herself is a genuine person who really cares about the people who stay at her home. From the initial contact of a personal phone call, to her follow ups on every little question, to her wishing us a safe trip to a thank you and welcome home at the end, Brandie is truly a great family person! The home itself was as described in other reviews and more. The location to the clubhouse could not have been better. A short walk down the path (100yds maybe) and the kids were relaxing by the lagoon pool! The added security of a gated community provided additional piece of mind even though you are only 5mins from Disney. The staff at the community became like family before we left. Friendly, cheerful, always willing to stop and talk about anything and everything! The home itself is exactly as pictured! Clean and comfortable made for it enjoyable to return home for afternoon breaks from the park. The Disney bedroom was the room of choice for our youngest! The downstairs bedroom provided a nice separation for our oldest to have her space when exhaustion took over:). We have rented homes before when traveling to Disney and Brandie's is at the top of the list! From location, ease of access, amenities, cleanliness, comfort and exceptional (what I will call) customer service and value, you won't find a better place to stay or person to work with then Brandie and her home!!! We will definitely be back again!!! Thanks Brandie :)

“EXCELLENT Property, location and Owner!!” We can highly recommend this Vacation rental property, the location is perfect, very close to the Disney parks, restaurants with varied cuisines, major freeways, etc. The home and pool were EVERYTHING we'd hoped for, it was a very well maintained property, it lacked nothing as everything we required was provided including FREE WiFi! The communication with the owner, Joan, was FIRST CLASS! From the booking thru the rental period and followup afterwards was a very pleasurable experience, we are VERY PLEASED!! We looked at quiet a few PET FRIENDLY properties (we have 3 small dogs) before deciding on this property, mainly due to amenities, location, etc and are pleased to further recommend this property and owner for your vacation property needs! Additionally, we plan on booking this property again if available during out next vacation in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, why look anywhere else?? “Wonderful, Relaxing, Well Worth it!” We loved this home it was larger than expected. The pool area was outstanding, we had warm sunshine all day and pool was very warm. We also saw alligators & birds almost everyday! Close to all amenities, we walked neighborhood daily and it was very safe, neighbors would wave hello. Robert was very helpful and truthful about everything he described about his home , we will definitely rent again!!

“Wonderful home!” We can not say enough great things about this rental! The home is gorgeous, even nicer than pictured, the area is very quiet and safe, the drive to Disney is very convenient and the owner is wonderful! Every email I sent was answered right away by Jenny and she even checked in on us during the visit to make sure everything was ok! She even thought to include "essentials" that I didn't remember to buy. Our family will be staying here again (as soon as we save up for Disney again)! :0)

“Fabulous Stay in Kissimmee” We loved staying at this home. It was so fun for the kids to have a private pool and so convenient for us as parents. The house has everything you need to make the stay easier...including a crockpot and belgian waffle maker. It was a nice distance from DisneyWorld. The only negative was the distance to Universal Studios. We would totally stay at this home again! We loved it! Also, Chad and Debbie are easy to work with and quick to respond and help your stay work well. We had initially booked to come in March 2020 and had to push it back a year due to covid-19. They could not have made the process easier.

“A good choice for our family” This place was as expected, except that the floors needed mopping. This home is advertised as children friendly, but bare feet and small children soon became dirty by crawling on these floors! We began our stay by double mopping both ground and upper floors, as well as the stairs. Other than that, we were happy with our stay, and would choose this place again!

“Supervisor” It was really nice. We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed it. It was close to the parks, to publix, restaurants, and gas stations. Only one negative was that there were no phone signal.
