Description
Dans une grande propriété arborée située à proximité de la plage, du bourg de st françois et du golf. Cette petite structure familiale dispose de six bungalows agréablement colorés et tous nommés de façon exotique (tamarin, cajou, fruit à pain, carambole, sapotille et pom'kannel) , une grande piscine de 10X5m et un carbet , espace commun pour vous accueillir.
Il est possible qu'au moment de votre demande, le bungalow présenté ne soit pas disponible. Nous pourrons vous en proposer un autre qui est plus grand et avec plus de couchages (avec supplément).
IMPORTANT
Les climatisations ne sont utilisables que de 19h à 8h.
Les connexions internet sont capricieuses en Guadeloupe (coupures et faible débit), rapprochez vous de votre opérateur si une connexion est indispensable.
Les crèmes solaires sont néfastes pour la piscine et les fonds marins, pensez à prendre de la crème "MINERALE",
Le tarif indiqué est pour 2 personnes, un supplément de 25€ sera à régler sur place par personne supplémentaire.

Je suis vraiment désolé que vous ayez été dérangé par les travaux, nous essayons de faire le moins de bruit possible mais ils sont nécessaire afin de vous offrir un maximum de confort. Les deux derniers bungalows seront terminés cette semaine. Pour la climatisation et comme dans de nombreux gîtes, les climatisations sont coupées en journée car les bungalows sont rarement occupés en journée et les clients oublient de les éteindre. Surconsommation électrique avec une centrale thermique, pas très écolo, c'est un choix et cela est indiqué dans le contrat de réservation ainsi que dans le livret que je fais suivre à la réservation. Response from the owner Bonjour Léa, J’étais parti pour répondre à ce gentil commentaire qui, on le sent bien, vient du cœur mais, lors de l’apéro suivant votre départ et à sa lecture avec les vacanciers présents (dont certains en même temps que vous), ils m’ont fait remarquer que certains points étaient mensongers, d’autres absurdes et que, vue cette joie de vivre qui a étincelé votre visage pendant ces trois semaines, le problème est plus profond et cela ne méritait pas de réponse… Je vais quand même relever les points suivants : - malgré les draps et serviettes que je vous ai lavé deux fois pendant votre séjour, je les ai récupéré taché avec je ne sais quoi ??? Non récupérable après deux lavages… - une lampe de chevet qui a disparu, probablement cassée puis jetée - la perche de l’épuisette inutilisable malgré une pseudo réparation qui a servi à décrocher des cocos dont une a dû casser un luminaire en tombant (plus d’éclairage à la piscine…) - un certain nombre de machines non réglées (seulement 3€ pourtant…) - ménage non fait et non réglé à votre départ Cela m’apprendra à ne pas prendre de caution… En revanche, je vais en profiter pour remercier toutes les personnes qui sont passées par Maracudja depuis sa création en 2004 et particulièrement ceux que j’ai rencontré depuis août 2016, et oui, 3 ans aujourd’hui !!! Cela a été un plaisir de vous rencontrer toutes et tous et de partager ces quelques moments autour d’un planteur entre deux excursions. Il y a eu tous les âges de toutes les régions métropolitaines et la Corse mais également la Suisse, la Belgique, l’Angleterre, l’Allemagne, l’Italie et l’Espagne sans oublier le Québec. Un coucou aux habitués, Henri et Nicole qui n’ont pas manqué une saison depuis 2004, Alain qui vient deux fois l’an, Eberhard et Elisabeth et tous les autres qui réservent d’une année sur l’autre. La saison s’est s’achevée dimanche ici et Maracudja rouvrira le 12 octobre après un mois et demi de travaux et quelques changement. Bonne rentrée à tous et à très vite sur cette belle île ou ailleurs !!!
