GITES NEW HIGH GRADE, NEAR BEACH, POOL UNUSUAL IN GREEN SETTING house for 2 in a set of 4 gites storey midway between St. Anne and St. Francis uphill edge, in a quiet, lovely landscaped garden. 3 T2 (2 persons each) and T3 (4 people) baby bed available for a child up to 3 years (50 € / week) The cottages combine modernity and sobriety with the warm colors of the Caribbean and traditional materials. Large air-conditioned room of 16 m2. teak furniture (canopy bed 160 wide), large dresser, wardrobe. Bathroom with large walk-in shower, basin and toilet. equipped kitchen (induction hob 4 burner stove, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee filter, coffee pod, ...) Private terrace shaded well ventilated open to the garden. Wireless. Common to all the houses: Large pool 12m x 3.50 Barbecue available, Washing machine available parking. Possibility to rent several houses. To welcome you, a planter house will put you in the mood (from 7 nights rental) Secure the pool, a little below the cottages, keeps visual privacy with respect to deposits while being nearby. It is surrounded by a large deck with deck chairs. An area of ​​shallow on the start of the swimming pool, is ideal for lying and for young children.

Response from the owner Bonjour Camille et Matthieu, Je suis la première désolée des désagréments sonores que vous avez subis: nous avons été les nous-mêmes tout à fait surpris, ce jour-là, que l'artisan arrive chez nous (un 8 mai en plus!), et à cet horaire-là...Ce sont des travaux suite à une garantie décennale pour lesquels nous attendions depuis des mois et des mois...donc quand vous avez réservé, nous n'en savions rien, bien sûr... Le lendemain (dernière matinée des travaux), nous avons tout organisé pour que le bruit commence vers 9h00 et dure le moins longtemps possible. Arnaud, mon mari, a bien entendu été très occupé par la gestion des travaux, d'où sans doute le fait que pendant votre court séjour, vous vous soyez peu vus... Mis à part ça, nous sommes heureux que le logement et la piscine vous aient plu. Merci de votre séjour chez nous, en souhaitant vous revoir dans les conditions normales... Laure et Arnaud

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If ARNAUD (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
