La villa a été construite sur une partie de la Guadeloupe
très réputée et protégée appelée la Pointe des Châteaux.
Elle est à proximité de nombreuses plages et de
nombreuses activités touristiques et sportives.

The villa CARAÏBES is located in the charming residence of Karukera. Composed of typically creole villas, this preserved place is ideally located a few minutes away from the town of Saint François.

Having of an extraordinary sight on the sea, a privative swimming pool and a large garden of 1600m² (17200 sq ft) with a lot of tropical trees, you will spend a dream journey on one of the most beautiful islands of the Caribbean.

The villa was built on a very famous and protected part of the Guadeloupe called the “Pointe des Châteaux”. It is close to many beaches and many tourist activities and sporting.

How do damage deposits work?

If Emmanuel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
