Description
The villas of 'Eden Green': the 'Mango' villa, the Villa 'Ylang Ylang' and the 'Palm' villa, are 3 splendid new architect villas located on a magnificent plot of 2700 m 2, at 5 minutes from the clear grape Beach, 5 minutes from the golf and the marina, 800 m from the beach of the hotel Manganao and the tourist route. The location is ideal, you are in the quiet, in the countryside, while being close to all shops, beach, golf course, marina and casino.
The 'Mango' and 'Ylang Ylang' villas each with their pool can accommodate up to 8 people (maximum 6 adults and two children) with their three rooms, and the 'Palm' villa with jacuzzi can accommodate maximum 5 people with its two bedrooms (maximum 4 adults and a child).
The style of the villas is modern, clean, soothing and refined.
The villas are especially ideal for share friendly moments between friends or family. There is no vis à vis between each of the villas.
Overview of the villas:-the 'Mango' villa and villa 'Ylang Ylang' are two large identical villas of 230 m 2 (including 110 m 2 terrace), accommodating each to up to 8 people (with two beds of extra for children to be installed in the air-conditioned rooms). Each villa has 3 air-conditioned rooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, a separate toilet and a storeroom, a mezzanine, a kitchen overlooking the stay, a huge terrace and a 7 m * 4 m swimming pool.
The two rooms in the DRC (approximately 13 m 2) giving each pool are equipped with bed 160 cm * 200 cm and a dressing room and upstairs bedroom is equipped with two beds of 90 cm * 200 cm.
-'Palm' is a villa of 100 m 2 (including 40 m 2 of terrace) which can accommodate maximum 5 persons (with an extra sleeping in an air-conditioned room). It has 2 air-conditioned rooms (about 11 m 2) with each a double bed of 160 cm * 200 cm, a bathroom, a WC, a cellar, a kitchen overlooking the living room and the terrace, jacuzzi top of range 4 seats, a field of 300 m 2 about amenities at villas: the 'Mango' villa, the villa 'Ylang Ylang' and the 'Palm' villa are equipped with a living room of garden , deckchairs, barbecue, an outdoor table, a sofa inside, TV big screen, sound bar, DVD player, internet access (WIFI) with unlimited internet, equipped kitchen (refrigerator with independent freezer, oven and microwave oven, plate cooktop 4 lights, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, Toaster, kitchen utensils complete). Adjacent to the kitchen a pantry with a washing machine, a dry cloth, iron and ironing board, dry hair.
All equipment for babies are available on request: baby bed, high chair, stroller, baby, Park, carpets of awakening, baby bath, playground the linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath towels) all facilities of the villas are new, and quality bedding.
Shops nearby: supermarkets in 5 minutes, Center St Francis 5-minute opportunity to order your dinner to Mary, the range of Green Eden which prepares for excellent meals, Caribbean specialties, and you then book for free in your villa.
