La villa COCO se situe dans la charmante résidence de Karukera. Composée de villas typiquement créoles, ce lieu préservé est idéalement situé à quelques minutes de la ville de St François.
Disposant d'une vue et d'un accès sur un magnifique parc,
d'une piscine privative, vous passerez un séjour de rêve
sur l'une des plus belles îles de la caraïbes.
La villa a été construite sur une partie de la Guadeloupe très réputée et protégée appelée la Pointe des Châteaux. Elle est à proximité de nombreuses plages et de nombreuses activités touristiques et sportives.

The villa COCO is located in the charming residence of Karukera. Composed of typically creole villas, this preserved place is ideally located a few minutes away from the town of Saint François.
Having of an extraordinary sight on the sea, a privative swimming pool and a large garden of 1600m² (17200 sq ft) with a lot of tropical trees, you will spend a dream journey on one of the most beautiful islands of the Caribbean.
The villa was built on a very famous and protected part of the Guadeloupe called the “Pointe des Châteaux”. It is close to many beaches and many tourist activities and sporting.

Response from the owner Je ne suis pas d'accord avec ce commentaire. La maison est très bien entretenue.La piscine a été refaite à neuf il y a 2 ans. Il y a 4 bains de soleils et de nombreux fauteuils. Nous sommes très attentifs au confort de nos clients. Si il y a plus d'adultes, Lionel apporte d'autres chaises longues. Ce commentaire ne correspond pas à la réalité et à la qualité de la maison.

Response from the owner Bonjour, La piscine a été refaite il y a deux ans. Les peintures ont été refaites l'année dernières. Cette maison a été entièrement rénové en 2012. L'année dernière nous avons installé un nouvel ameublement... Je trouve ce commentaire dur.Pour information la maison a été construite en 1985 donc dire qu''il n'y a pas eu de travaux depuis 1970 n'a pas de sens. Emmanuel
