The Bungalows are part of the Christophe Harbour master development in the stunning and secluded Southeast Peninsula of St Kitts characterized by a hilly topography with amazing views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. The bungalow is the one with the best view of only 4 secluded luxurious Oceanfront Bungalows at Sandy Bank Bay built right on the beach. The bungalows are among the newest, and definitely the most luxurious, of the hospitality offerings on St. Kitts which has a surprising lack of major resort developments for a Caribbean island. Architect John Haley, who designed the Bungalows, earned for these the Award for Best Traditional Use of Wood at the Southeast Design Awards, held in Atlanta.
The Bungalow was relocated in 2014 from its previous location at Turtle Beach to Sandy Bank Bay at Christophe Harbour and has been totally renovated in 2014 and June 2023.The bungalow experience is taken to new heights at Sandy Bank Bay, an improved location with its dramatic crescent-shaped bay with two reefs and a natural sand bank. It is a marine preserve that allows no motorized watercrafts. These quiet sands are often visited by leatherback turtles who nest here from March to late July. The Bungalow is located just a few steps to The Pavilion Beach Club, an exclusive private membership club where our guests enjoy full privileges, including dining, room service, tennis, pool, non motorized watersports, and bar facilities. Daily housekeeping as well as pool cleaning and garden maintenance are provided, subject to Covid restrictions.

Response from the owner Guest was put up not just in any hotel but in 5 star Park Hyatt (rates are $1,500 plus a night), while airco system was replaced. We have a brand new airco system now as well as a new 650 gallon backup water cistern. As to the lack of water on last Evening, we were only notified 16 hours later after which our housekeeper fixed it in 1 min (turning off valve and turning on pump). We have local staff to address any issues assuming we get notified in time.
