Description

Caribgites is a small family gite Saint-Anne just 200 m from the beach of the Caravelle (or range of club med) which has reputation of being the most beautiful of the island, and a surf spot, as well as close to full other beautiful beaches.

Caribgites consists of 4 studios (which can accommodate 1 to 4 people) and 2 bungalows (for 1 or 2 persons) completely independent, all air-conditioned with wifi and private terrace, and a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock in a small tropical garden even though close to all amenities (city centre, restaurant,...), Caribgites is located in a quiet location.

We offer our clients custom boards to spend unforgettable holidays. Our offer 1 breakfast and an aperitif of welcome from a week's stay (7 nights). We then propose small lunch at 6 euros per person/day and lunches to prevail.

Isabelle et Patrick sont des hôtes accueillants, aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Le gîte est rudimentaire mais suffisant pour y passer 2 semaines dans de bonnes conditions.

Response from the owner Sur booking, ou vous avez réservé, il suffit de cliquer sur l’annonce pour voir les photos… Ne pas se donner la peine de faire ce simple clic, alors que c’est bien indiqué que nous avons plusieurs sorte de logement, (et nous le reprocher alors qu’il est si facile de vérifier) donne évidemment le risque de ne pas se retrouver dans le logement espérer… Nous tenir responsable de votre erreur est de la malhonnêteté! Parce que dans votre quête de diffamation, vous avez juste oublié de mentionné que suite au passage de l’ouragan Tamy 2 mois auparavant, vous aviez un frigo neuf, sommier neuf, matelas neuf, clim’ neuve, appareil électroménager neuf, mais il évidemment plus facile de chercher le moindre dégâts pas encore remis à neuf que tous ce qui a été refait! Heureusement, le soutien de nos autres locataires présents qui ont été choqué de votre attitude, le nombre de personnes qui reviennent chaque année et le nombre de bons commentaires nous confirment que votre avis et plus un moyen de nous faire payer votre propre erreur que la réalité… Vous faites bien de mentionner que nous avons un autre mauvais commentaire vieux de 5 ans, car 2 mauvais commentaires en 10 ans, en accueillant plus de 10 personnes par année dans ce seul logement, cela fait moins de 2 % de mécontents, ce qui est plutôt un compliment… Comme le fait de devoir utiliser plusieurs comptes pour mettre le même message, montre le peu de crédibilité et vous rapproche du harcèlement, en plus de la diffamation

Why can't I call Patrick (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Patrick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
