Construction récente, Immeuble en bois d’architecture créole sur 2 niveaux au milieu d’un jardin tropical, constitué de 4 appartements T2 d’environ 50m2 chacun. Chaque appartement dispose d’une chambre et d’une cuisine toute équipée.

Proche plage de la Caravelle (5mn à pied), 100m du club Med, 5mn en voiture du centre-ville, du village artisanal, du marché, de la plage municipale et de tous types de commerces.

Résidence équipée d’énergies renouvelables, éclairage et chauffe eau solaires, récupération d’eau de pluie ce qui permet une autonomie en eau et électricité au cas ou la fourniture de l’un ou de l’autre serait interrompue.

Greeted by a cochroach at our accomodations at the Cotton Residences Sainte-Anne Guadeloupe. We kept all our clothes zipped up in our bags.
