kaz a moal vous propose 2 gîtes 3*** (27m²)+terrasse(24m²) et un coin détente avec jacuzzi (82m²) commun au 2 gites dans un quartier résidentiel et impasse.TRES RARES COUPURES D'EAU (+ 2 cuves d'eau)
situes a Ste Anne a proximité de la plage de bois de bois Jolan (1 km ) et des commerces ( boulangerie, leader price , pharmacie )
les gites sont entièrement équipés a neuf avec terrasse et barbecue.
une chambre climatisée avec placard .
une pièce principale avec kitchenette tout équipée et son coin salon avec canapé convertible
salle de douche avec wc
sur la terrasse vous y trouverez un salon de jardin et une table avec 4 chaises,hamac, barbecue
télévision avec chaines orange et internet.
linge de maison fourni gratuitement( draps , serviettes et torchons)
