Appartement F3, neuf de 80m2, aéré, lumineux, de confort agréable et sans surcharge favorisant la détente des vacances. Lieu ventilé agrémenté de petites rafales rafraîchissantes de vents marin d'ouest.
L'appartement est situé dans un lotissement résidentiel entouré d'un cadre paysager vallonné et verdoyant.
La découverte du bourg (à 10 min de marche) de ses commerces et attractions, du bord de mer, du petit port de plaisance, se fait à pied.
Les plus belles plages de sable blanc du sud de Martinique, " les Salines, la Pointe marin" sont à 3 min en voiture.
En promenade, quelques minutes à pied ou en vélo sur piste cyclable, la visite du" Moulin du val d'or" , patrimoine local classé," Monuments Historiques Français", est intéressante.
. Sainte Anne est à 45 min de l'aéroport du Lamentin accessible par la RN5 ( Trajet: Lamentin - Ducos - Rivière salée- Sainte Luce - Rivière Pilote - Marin - Sainte Anne).
Pour la visite de l'île la location d'une voiture est plus confortable.
Le bourg de Sainte Anne est situé à 3 min en voiture ou 10 min de marche.
une superette (type 8 à 8),une viennoiserie,marché aux lègumes , poissons, et de nombreuses boutiques de souvenirs, un port de plaisance.
cours de plongée, location de jets skis, de kayaks sont possibles.
de nombreux restaurants sont ouverts pour le dejeuner et diner.
les plus belles plages du sud de Martinique sont à moins de 10 min en voiture.
de nombreux parcours pedestres sont balisés .Ballades en Buggy et en VTT
