Domaine résidentiel, studio très confortable ou calme et détente seront au rendez-vous: dressing, climatisation, coin cuisine aménagé et équipé sur loggia, salle de douche, WC, TV avec la TNT, WIFI internet, parking privatif (code d‘accès),vue sur le parc tropical.

La location est près des plus belles plages de l'île: La Pointe Marin, Anse des salines, Anse Caritan, Anse Trabaud, Anse Meunier, Cap Chevalier, Cap Macré...

Une plage est à 150 mètres du logement.

Centre ville à 500 mètres (Marché, boutiques, restaurants...)

Aéroport 35 kilomètres.
