Saint Leu, charming seaside resort located on the west coast of the island with its protected lagoon. LEU CHANA'PPART is a duplex apartment, fully air conditioned, comfortable, can accommodate up to 4 people, located in a quiet and secure residence in the city center of St Leu and 100 m from the beach. area of 50 m2 and a large shaded terrace of 25 m2, it is composed of: - an air-conditioned room with a large bed 160 cm (sheets and towels provided) - an air-conditioned living room with sofa bed 160 cm, TV 82 cm (CanalSat) and free wifi internet access- a fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ....) - a bathroom (with bathtub), washing machine and separate toilet- a shaded terrace with garden furniture, outdoor table and barbecue (electric) - a private parking space and secure.Idéalement for a pleasant holiday, all shops are accessible in less 5 min to pie d (supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, press, restaurants on the beach) as well as other services (bank, post office, doctor, pharmacy) not to mention the large Saturday morning market and the beach with its lagoon located less than 100 m The geographical position of St Leu allows you to fully enjoy sports activities nearby (swimming safely in the lagoon, diving, paragliding, boat trip for whale watching, golf, .. ) as well as cultural activities of the resort (the Kelonia Marine Turtle Observatory, the Stella Matutina Museum, the Mascarin Botanical Conservatory). In addition, by the road of Tamarins (4 lanes) which passes just above St Leu, you reach the tourist sites very easily (hiking in the 3 circuses, the volcano and the Piton des Neiges, visit the South Wild, walk to Maido ...).
