Vue panoramique sur la côte et l'océan.

Votre F2, avec entrée indépendante, se situe au rez de jardin d'une villa au bout d'une impasse. Il vous permettra de profiter depuis votre terrasse, donnant sur le jardin et la piscine, d'une vue à 180 degrés sur l'océan et la côte (La pointe au sel, la pointe des châteaux, le musée de Stella, ...j'usqu'à la plage de trou d'eau).

Portail automatique, une place de parking juste à côté du logement.

Situé dans un quartier calme, (altitude 345m : pas besoin de chauffage en hiver ni de clim en été, vous serez à l'abri des fortes chaleurs), environ à 10 min de la plage (5Km500), à 8 minutes du musée de Stella et à 8 minutes des commerces (2Km500) ou à 10 minutes d'un grand centre commercial.

Vous y trouverez : Cuisine équipée, fours, cafetière, grille pain...TV, internet, lit Bois 160, canapé-bz dans le salon, lit parapluie, lave-linge, fer + table à repasser, linge de maison...

Tarifs dégressifs selon durée:

310€ la semaine, 270€ la deuxième semaine euros et 240€ semaine supplémentaire, sur la base d’un mois.

Response from the owner Effectivement, on est sur une île qui ressemble à un gros rocher, en peu de temps on peut être à la mer et à la montagne. Pour avoir une belle vue il faut donc monter un peu et les 53 virages sont nécessaire même si on est qu'à 350m d'altitude.
