Private residential complex, very bright, with its views from the terrace, the large area of green areas and trees with a variety of palm trees, with two magnificent swimming pools and one shared for children, with playground, very comfortable and comfortable, ideal for sharing between 5 people, both for families with children, and for adult couples. The apartment has a large terrace, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, large living room with direct access to the terrace, entrance hall, open kitchen, equipped with all necessary utensils. The complex very well equipped, in all its facilities, porter services and night surveillance, in the summer months. Located 250 meters from the prestigious Levante beach, with its fine sand, very close to the popular theme park of 'Port Aventura'. Bed linen and towels are provided. Refundable security deposit: € 250. “Fantastic holiday, lovely hosts”
On arrival very late at night after our flight being delayed the host Carmelo met us at the apartment. When we went into the apartment it was very clean and had a lovely view over the pool which was important to us so we could let the children (age 6 &14) go for a swim whilst we would enjoy a beer. It was very hot when we were staying in salou and air con was a must on our list but somehow we messed up and there was none we were very alarmed, after a good night sleep Carmelo the host came to the apartment to do the paper work and we also mentioned how hot it was, that evening Carmelo came to the apartment with two large stand up fans (very kind of him) which were brilliant and we didn’t miss the aircon. The apartment had a fantastic view over the pool which was very large and the kids loved it, it was never busy which was surprising considering the amount of apartments around it. The beach is lovely and only an easy 10minuye walk also on route is the supermarket and a lovely coffee/bar called route 56 which was great for coffee and breakfast also nice for a cold beer in the evening a bit away from the hussle and bustle and very reasonable price. One thing which would be nice that all apartments could do would be to have a few supplies on your arrival ie more than one toilet roll, cold water, salt,pepper and oil just the basics really, also we could of done with more towels but I’m sure if we had mentioned this to Carmelo he would of sorted as he was very accommodating. The parking on the street is very busy a space does come with the apartment for an extra fee, which we did not do (next time we will) a few times that we went out in the car we did struggle to get a space near the apartment which can be a pain especially the day we went and did a big shop at a supermarket out of town and we had quite a few bags. The language barrier was a little difficult as we spoke no Spanish and Carmelo very little English but with google translate we managed. Carmelo and his wife were fantastic hosts and the question should be would we stay there again ? Yes yes yes thank you Carmelo for a lovely holiday and thank you for the sweets you gave the children it was very kind of you both x
