The house is privileged situated at 40 meters from the beach, surrounded by a genuin mediterranean environment. The villa architecture is the typical mediterranean way, opened to the private terrace and garden, light, spacious and fresh. It was built in mid-sixties and kitchen and bathrooms have been completely renovated recently. The inside is very comfortable, cosy furnitured, laided out in two floors. The outside has a porched terrace, with a barbeque, a couch hammock and armchairs.
The location is really strategic, balancing all nearby services and a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere. Beach at 40 meters, supermarket and chemist at 200 m, kids area at 30 m, bars and restaurants from 100 m, pubs and discos from 500 m, bus stop at 100 m, train station at 3 km, airport at 15 km, pitch'n'putt and golfs from 500 m, water park (Aquopolis) at 10 km, amusement park (Port Aventura) at 7 km, sailing equipment for rent at 500 m, leisure and fishing harbour at 3 km.
