Description

Three bedroom townhouse situated near the golf club house La Duquesa, and is approximately 5 minutes' easy walk to the beach.

The house has good views to the sea and the golf course.

Two communal swimming pools.

Large garage with automatic door.

Fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances.

Split level dining and living space furnished with two sofas, coffee table, flat TV, and dining table with six chairs. Access to the terrace and the rear patio from the lounge. A high chair is available if needed.

Southwest facing terrace with table and six chairs and two sun beds. Rear patio with table and six chairs and private access to the golf course.

Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace. Two further double bedrooms with shared family bathroom. A portable cot is also available if needed.

Stunning extra seating area at top of house with access to three different terraces, with views all around the house to the golf course and the sea.

Entertainment features include WiFi, cable TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player and CD player.

“Lovely house in ideal location”

Very much enjoyed our stay here, very nice house with lots of space & everything we needed to make the holiday go well, and the location was great, just a 10 minute or so walk to the beach and marina. There are 2 pools and we had the lower one to ourselves most of the time which was great. Hope very much to return again.

How do damage deposits work?
