Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in San Pedro de Alcantara, 4th floor with elevator.

Less than 5 minutes walking to the beach and to the city centre, right next to the new pedestrian boulevard.

Literally everything is within walking distance..

The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, spacious living-dining area, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and an on-suite master bedroom with a double bed.

Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet.

The apartment has 2 terraces, 1 with sea views.

There is also a garage space included.

The development is gated and there is a concierge on site.

The large swimming pool is surrounded by nice gardens.

Everything is available for you to enjoy a great holiday.

You dont have to bring anything.

Walking distance to all amenities and beach. Bus stop in front to go to Puerto Banus ( you can also walk there) , Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos ,Malaga etc... Also inland to Ronda and south to Algeciras and Tarifa.

“Family holiday”

Clean , comfortable very spacious apartment , more than enough room for our party of 5 . Excellent location, lots of bars and restaurants very close by. The complex was spotlessly clean as was the pool. The beach is within walking distance approx 10 mins but we preferred to stay around the pool. Carol welcomed us on arrival and was very knowledgable about the area. It was reassuring to know we could contact her at any time . Highly recommend a stay in San Pedro de Alcantara.

How do damage deposits work?
