2 Bedroom Apartment in award winning resort. Furnished throughout to a very high standard.

Master bedroom has a en-suite bathroom and there is also a separate shower room. The apartment is very spacious of approx 95 sq metres and also having a 15 sq metre balcony with furniture.

The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

You will find everything you will need in the fully fitted kitchen.

Cape Verde will suit people looking for plenty of sunshine, good quality food and beautiful beaches for a fully relaxing holiday.

Fantastic all year round climate.

The beautiful white sandy beach can be reached in a few minutes walking, or take the shuttle bus from the resort to Santa Maria beach, which only takes a few minutes.

There is a communal pool and also a children's pool and sandy play area.

Supermarket on site

Transfer from the airport is only 10 minutes costing approx 12 euros.

“LOVELY RESORT”

“Lovely apartment”

We visited end November beginning December. The apartment was very spacious and very well equipped. It had plug adapters, hairdryer, beach towels, and a washing machine. This was ideal as it cut down on how much luggage we had to take. Apartment had a safe for valuables and 2 large bedrooms, a lovely large balcony. The complex was large and although our nearest pool was not in use, other pools were available. The complex has a supermarket and restaurants on site. We used to go for breakfast in the restaurant just near our apartment which was lovely. The complex has a shuttle bus which runs frequently to Santa Maria and Ponta Preta beach. These are walkable too if you want to stretch your legs. A good straight, level path into Santa Maria. Donna the owner gave us lots of info about Sal and arranged our pick up to and from the airport at Sal. Any questions we had, she answered promptly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Sal.

“Home from Home”

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need. Quiet and relaxing accommodation with resort bars, restaurants and shops on hand. The town and beaches are a short walk away or alternative use of the free resort bus. Will definitely book again on our return to Cabo Verde.

Came here for a girls week away and was not dissapointed! Apartment was stunning two bathrooms, sleeps 6, so much space and everything you could need. Cups plates hairdryer washer etc. So lovely to stay in really felt luxury. Complex was secure and easy to get around pool bar served nice snacks and excellent cocktails (the grasshopper is a must). All in all a beautiful apartment in a beautiful place, really felt we got more out of the holiday staying self catering rather than all inclusive in a hotel. Also a huge difference on the last day not having to rush around to check out etc. Would highly recommend.

“Chilled out family holiday”

This was our first vist to Sal and based on our experiances i do not think it will be our last! My husband and I came for a 1 week break with our 11 year old son. This apartment has everything you could possibly need and you can see straight away that the owners spend time here too. It is a thing of mine on holiday to check there is a least one decent wine glass, here it was a case what kind of glass could i use the choice was amazing. It is so spaciuos that we never felt on top of each other. So the complex is quite large and while we was here it was not very busy but it is well kept and while we did not have an operationl pool to look out onto(we were aware of this when we booked) there were at least 2 in the other blocks to use all of which are great. There is a great pool bar and the shop acroos from the apartment stocked what we needed. There is a free shuttle bus into Santa Maria that runs from the complex and back and i do recomend you vist Santa Maria as its full of character and the beach is amazing.

“Very relaxing and enjoyable holiday all round”

This was our third holiday to Sal where we have stayed in Donna's apartment each time. A completely different type of holiday to our usual all inclusive. The apartment is very spacious, modern and fully equipped with all the essentials. Within Vila Verde it is in a great location, opposite a supermarket, above a restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch & dinner and near to the Callistermon block giving access to one of two pools on the resort. There is a free shuttle bus which takes you into Santa Maria or to Ponta Preta beach. Both are also within walking distance and there are lots of taxis. Donna is always very helpful and has arranged taxi transfers to/from the airport on each visit. She has also shared her knowledge of restaurants and bars and new places to visit. In general Sal has a natural unspoiled beauty with a fantastic all year round climate, and in many ways is very basic. If you love to be outdoors, love the beach and need to relax then this is the place for you. We look forward to visiting again very soon.
