' Dourada ' no. 9 offers studios of 36 sqm-40 sqm each.

The accommodation has a two double beds, a kitchenette complete with cooking utensils and refrigerator, private bathroom with shower and terrace.

 

Only 10 minutes ' walk from the most beautiful beach of Santa Maria and the center.

Water, electricity, gas, cleaning (twice a week) linen, sheets, pillowcases and towels are all included in the price, including expenses.

You can plan your on-site tour.

Bars, restaurants, internet, pharmacy, post office and banks within walking distance from the building.

Also nearby you have the opportunity to purchase packages fishing (surf casting, rock fishing, bottom fishing, jigging, big game fishing, quad).
