Luxury large ground floor apartment with three balconies, main balcony overlooks the pool area, in an award winning resort.

Open plan living/dinning area. Fully furnished throughout to a high modern standard.

Lounge has two settees, one with sofa bed. 42inch flat screen smart tv. DVD player and dvds to watch. Internet packages can be purchased from reception.

Large dining table and 6 chairs.

Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, all crockery and washing machine well equipped for a self catering holiday.

Spacious two bedrooms, the masterbedroom has an en-suite with new tiled shower and a good size double bed, second bedroom has two single beds and a seperate shower room.

Irioning board and iron. All linen and towels plus beach towels.

Safe.

Outside patio table with 4 chairs, two folding sun lounges and parasol.

Mosquitoe sceens fitted to all patio doors so you can leave patio doors open (night and day) to allow the flow of air through all rooms making it cool. Fans in every room.

Getting around

Free shuttle bus (pass required) to and from Santa Maria and Ponta Preta beach/bar. Taxi during the day 3 euros. 4 euros pm. Taxi rank outside reception. Airport approx. 15/25 euros depending on time of day. Local bus 1 euro.

Interaction with guest

Taxi will be arrange (15/25 euros pay direct to the taxi driver). and take you to apartment where you will be met by our representative who will hand over the keys. Cape Verde Santa Maria bars and restaurants open. Shuttle bus running, new timetable available from reception . The pool open on ficus. The apartment will be cleaned on arrival to Covid 19 standards.

Water and electric at a premium on Cape Verde so please use sparingly and turn lights off when you leave the apartment. Parties not allowed you have to consider the neighbours. Please keep the noise down after midnight if on the balcony. Smoking only allowed outside on the balcony.

A very impressive apartment with everything necessary for a great holiday and all at a really good price. It has its own spacious private balcony too with deck chairs.
