Old Town Bascarsija is the center of events throughout the whole year and the best opportunity for tourists or business travelers to experience sights without losing time on public transport.
Rental price of this unique property also includes free WiFi (strong signal), cable TV, heating system, essentials (hairdryer, fresh towels and linen, shampoo, soap, slippers, toilet paper, iron, ironing board, rack for drying and umbrella), kitchen with fridge, hot plates, kettle and necessary kitchen wear including basic ingredients: cooking oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea etc. , toilet with a massage shower cabin(with radio and light effects), washing machine and Free private parking space on premises.

The unique feature about the location of Apartment is that it is in the center of events yet has its privacy, safety and peace from the noisy streets of the capital city due to the private entrance to the garden and building where the apartment is located.
Guests are provided with some maps of the city and Sarajevo navigator which helps overview the sights and events taking place in Sarajevo.
In addition to the above mentioned I will do the best as host to make your stay comfortable and accommodating as possible.

Other than the features of the cozy apartment guests have access to the front garden and private parking space on premises.
Interaction with Guests
I welcome my guests at the location of the apartment, introduce them with the features of the apartment and the main attractions around the location. Since guest have the entire apartment to themselves I usually stay in contact with them during the stay to make sure everything is according to their expectations. Of course without disturbing and respecting the privacy of the guests.
My guests are free to contact me on mobile, messages or email whenever they feel the need to do so and I will make sure to respond as soon as possible.
My aim is that all my guests leave satisfied with the experience they had staying at my apartment.
VERY IMPORTANT:
To make the check in process easy on both sides please note that I do not live near the apartment and need to know in advance your approximate arrival time. If travelling and unsure about exact arrival time please inform me about a time frame and message me half an hour prior to arrival so that I can organize your welcome at the apartment without delay.

The Neighborhood
....Apartment is located next to Bosniac Insitute,30 m from Sacred Heart Cathedral and 100m from Bascarsija.....
The building where the Apartment is located is a part of cities heritage from the Austro-Hungarian period, with very high ceilings and spacious rooms.
The location is one of the best in Sarajevo therefore in the 50m area you have supermarkets, fresh vegetable and fruit market, coffee shops, pubs, delicious bakery, exchange office, banks, shopping center, Cinema City Sarajevo and many more attractions.
The main tourist attractions are max. 10 minutes walking area around the apartment: the biggest mall in Sarajevo "BBI Center" and Sarajevo City Center, Eternal flame, National Theater, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Synagogue, Old Mosques, Latin bridge, best restaurants & pubs.
Getting Around
Few meters away is the public transport tram, the bus station and taxi stand. Although you will only need the public transport to reach the location from the airport or bus station otherwise for this attractive location public transport is unnecessary since the main tourist attractions are just steps away.
The best way to get to the location from the airport or the train station is taxi since it has stands just in front of the arrival ports. The price is not much higher than the other available public transport especially if more than one person is coming along.

Natural and legal persons that provide accommodation services to tourists are obliged to report any stay of an tourist to the competent organizational unit of the Service within 24 hours after providing accommodation. Upon arrival to Bosnia and Herzegovina tourists are required to register and pay tourist tax to tourist board so they could after fulfillment of legal obligations gain certain rights, and accordingly avoid the statutory sanctions for non-compliance with the legislation in force in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.This is regulated by the Law on Movement and Stay of Aliens and Asylum.
Any hosts that do not register their guests are not respecting the Law and guests may face problems on land and airport borders when leaving the country resulting in paying a penalty for non fulfillment of legal obligations.
According to the Tourist Tax Law the tax fee is :
-Children under 12 years old are not obligated to pay tax
-Adults tax fee is 1 Eur or 2 KM/person/day
Note: I offer as host to register my guests and finish all the legal procedures. Guests obligation is upon arrival to hand in the copy of passport or ID with which they entered Bosnia and Herzegovina for registration and to pay the tourist tax to the host depending on the number of days planning to spend in the apartment ( tax fees indicated above and is NOT included in the rental price).
