Unser Domzil kroatien-villadorothea de wurde 2013 fertiggestellt und befindet sich in der Region Kvarner Bucht an der Festlandküste auf Höhe der Insel Rab in dem verschlafenen Fischerort Donja Klada zwischen Sveti Jurai und Jablanac, 3 km unterhalb der Küstenstraße und 25 Autominuten südlich von Senj. Das Haus ist 10 Meter vom Meer entfernt, etwas erhöht und hat einen eigenen Badebereich. Grob-Kiesstrand mit 4 Badeplateaus direkt am Wasser, davon ein Dielendeck, sowie Liegeplätze in einem erhöhten Garten. Man genießt einen traumhaften unverbaubaren Panoramablick auf Meer, Inseln und Velebit-Gebirge mit Sonne von früh morgens bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Eine Naturbucht (400 m) und ein öffentlicher Feinkiesstrand ergänzen das Badeangebot. Für Boote stehen zwei kostenfreie Bojenplätze direkt vorm Haus zur Verfügung, ideal für Tagesausflüge mit Ihrem eigenen oder einem gemieteten Boot (in Senj bzw. Sveti Juraj).
Wir bieten 3 moderne und geräumige Ferienwohnungen an. Wir haben Wert gelegt auf überdurchschnittlichen Komfort und stilvolles Ambiente ohne übertriebenen Luxus zu einem bezahlbaren Preis. Die Wohnungen verfügen über Klimageräte, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Cerankochfeld (einmal mit Induktion), E-Backofen, SAT-TV, WLAN, 2 x Fußbodenheizung, 1 x Kaminofen, 1 x Garten-Sauna mit Meerblick, gepflegte geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung, barrierefreies Tageslichtbad mit Regendusche, eigene Warmwasserversorgung, große Terrassen mit geschmackvollem Mobiliar, Relaxliegen mit Polsterauflagen, große Sonnenschirme, mobile Gas-Grillstationen, getrennte Zugänge und Stauraum für Gepäck und Getränke, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher stehen zur Verfügung. Bade- und Strandtücher müssen mitgebracht werden.
Donja Klada wird von Mitte Juni bis Ende September von einem Bäcker mit Brot etc. täglich beliefert, ebenso versorgt ein Obst-und Gemüsehändler Donja Klada 3 x wöchentlich mit Waren- auch auf Bestellung. Auch Tiefkühl-Produkte werden 2x wöchentlich direkt vors Haus gebracht.
Ansonsten nächstmögliche Einkäufe in Sveti Jurai, einem Fischerort mit kleinem Hafen, 12 Autominuten von Donja Klada mit kleinem "Supermarkt" sowie Restaurants direkt am Wasser. In Senj gibt es 2 große Supermärkte, einen kleineren offenen Markt, kleine Läden, den Drogeriemarkt DM sowie Touristenbüro (Anmeldung erforderlich), Post, Bank, Apotheke, Krankenhaus, Arzt, Tierarzt, Restaurants usw.
Mit dem Boot sind vielerlei Tagesausflüge möglich. Der Küste entlang, Richtung Svetj Jurai mit diversen Restaurants, nach Lukovo, wo man am Meer auch Fisch essen kann oder nach Goli, der kleinen Insel vor Rab oder direkt zu den Sandstränden oder Buchten der Insel Rab. Auch Richtung Jablanac bieten sich Bootsfahrten oder auch Wanderungen zu Fuß an. Traumhafte einsame Buchten laden zum Verweilen ein.
Das glasklare Wasser vor dem Haus ist ideal zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, Tauchen Paddeln oder Standup-Paddeln. In nur 12 Autominuten erreicht man die Fähre zur Insel Rab in ca. 30 Minuten die Fähre auf die Insel Pag. Von der Südspitze von Pag kann man dann über eine Brücke auch wieder das dalmatinische Festland erreichen. Im Norden lassen sich die Inseln Krk über eine Autobrücke bzw. Cres per Fähre besuchen. Aber auch das Verweilen vor Ort wird nie langweilig. Von den Terrassen aus lassen sich Kormorane und vorbeiziehende Delfine beobachten, das Velebit-Gebirge bietet für den alpinen Wanderer in maximal 45 Autominuten Höhenwanderwege in bis zu 1600 Metern Höhe mit einzigartigem Blick über Meer und Inseln. Die Bärenstation in Kuterevo oder die Käsereien in Krasno sind weitere beliebte, nahe Ausflugsziele. Auch die Plitvicer Seen sind einen Tagesausflug wert.
