Description
This lovely apartment is located in the popular gated urbanisation Princess Park. Boasting two beautiful bedrooms, cream marble floors and amazing sea views. The large lounge is beautifully decorated with modern furniture and equipped with flat screen smart TV with Blue Ray DVD player and access to British TV channels and wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and double sink set in marble. There is also a guest shower room. There is a large south facing terrace with sun all day long. There is a patio dining table for 4 and rattan sofas which seats 5 people comfortably. There are also two sun loungers that can be used. The resort has 4 pools to choose from, equipped with sunbeds, showers and toilets. There is also an allocated underground parking space that belongs to the apartment, with a lift going straight up to outside the front door. The lift can also be accessed from the main entrance of the apartment block. Our luxury apartment is located in the beautiful town of Calahonda, Mijas Costa. There is a commercial centre with restaurants and bars just 700 metres from the property, which is within easy walking distance. The La Siesta Golf is also close by as well as the Costa Del Sol tennis and Country Club, with a great restaurant. Calahonda has a wide range of restaurants from around the world and also many bars to choose from. it is located close to the famous Cabopino Port with its amazing beach with water sports and restaurants. We are also very near to Marbella. The apartment is a half hour drive from Malaga airport.

“Real Home from Home”
We have stayed in Calahonda for many years and the apartment is one of the best ones we have stayed in. The location is ideal not too far from the strip or local restaurants. You will need a car but the beaches and local supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive. We're going back in April and can't wait, just praying for good weather.
