Description

Well located apartment, situated within a 5 minute walk to the nearby beaches, shops and amenities, including locally famous beach bar Luna beach, in one of the well-established areas of the coast, Calahonda, just a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport and 15 min Marbella center.

The property comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and features a communal swimming pool. It has been recently refurbished, comes with Bosch appliances and new furniture.

Walking distance to a whole range of local amenities, including Lidl, Supersol, Mercadona, McDonald´s and various local beach bars and shops. The beach is within an easy walking distance of 5 minutes, Cabopino port can be reached in 3 minutes with a car and you can find some of the finest restaurants there. Biggest shopping center La Cañada can be reached in about 10 minutes.

Can pick at the airport if working schedule allows me to.

“A very attractive apartment with wonderful views of the sea..”

I had a wonderful time here. The attractive apartment furnishings were excellent,so that began the relaxation process for me. It is situated very close to La Luna beach with its café/ restaurant. The beachside boardwalks which now link areas to the east and west of Calahonda are ideal for strolling, running, cycling. At the local shops you can buy all essential items. The bus services to both Fuengirola and Marbella stop here too,so you really can make the most of this lovely part of the Costa del Sol. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and I want to go there again.
