Description

This 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the excellent Paraiso Riviera development and as a corner apartment is in a fabulous position overlooking the hills and with views of the sea, it is beautifully furnished and has everything you need to have a comfortable relaxing stay. It is an ideal spot for relaxing in the sun or as a base to explore the region.

The apartment has an official tourist licence, a statutory requirement for all holiday lets. The licence means the apartment adheres to strict rules which are set by the Spanish authorities to ensure the apartments meet safety and quality standards.

The development has beautiful gardens and you will have the use of a large swimming pool and small children's pool (Easter-October), a second swimming pool open all year, and a gym which makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

It has a very spacious lounge/dining room with patio doors which lead onto a large sunny terrace that overlooks the hills and has views of the sea. The main bedroom also has a patio door onto the terrace and comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with full size bath & bidet. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes; there is also a shower room adjacent to this bedroom. There is a fully fitted kitchen which includes a microwave, oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The lounge area has a large sofa & chair and a dining table, there is a flat screen TV with IPTV showing english & international channels and a DVD player. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and hot and cold air conditioning.

The complex is completely secure with access for residents only through the electronically controlled gates making it an extremely safe environment for children. There is a dedicated parking space in the below ground secure car park.

Riviera Del Sol is located between Marbella to the west and Fuengirola to the east, both are about 15 minutes drive away and are easily accessed by local buses. Malaga airport is only 30 minutes away and transfers to and from the apartment can be arranged.

“Brilliant Apartment”

This apartment is amazing , so well equipped , well kept, spacious and has the all important WiFi if you have teenager with you!! We had a fabulous experience right from when we made the booking, Paul the owner was in contact and was quick answer any queries we had, and when we arrived we were met by Gary who took the time to show us all through the apartment, pool area and the secure underground parking , making sure we were happy with how everything worked etc before he left us to enjoy our stay. Gary was also full of good tips for restaurants and bars in the nearby area , again much appreciated, we would recommend this apartment to anyone. Cheers

“Excellent apartment”

The apartment is well apportioned and well equipped with all that one could need, Wifi, cable TV large balcony ,. excellent appliances as well as 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.. There is also secure parking which is a bonus. The pool is large and only a short walk away . Best of all was the support from Gary, who met us, solved a small problem and was always enthusiastic and helpful, The only proviso I would add is that a car is essential as it is a little distant from shops and cafes, but otherwise is well situated. I enjoyed my stay and would use the apartment again.
