Our Bright Colourful Condo is approx. 20 mins from bustling KL. It is located in the Beautiful Suburbs of Subang Jaya. We offer you our 1360 sqf condo unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have fully furnished it with basic necessities. It's at a incredibly convenient spot with two amazing shopping malls just a step away from the apartment.

For your information, Our Bright Colourful Condo is approx. 15 - 20 mins from bustling KL. It is located in the Beautiful Suburbs of Subang Jaya. For leisure purposes, this Condo is adjacent to 3 malls.
For healthcare, there are 2 Private Medical Centers (Subang & Sunway) which are very close as well and in terms of education, there are many internationally recognized Colleges & Universites such as Taylors, Inti etc.
PLEASE READ THIS IF INTERESTED IN BOOKING
1) As I am offering my home to you, It would be lovely if you could let me know briefly more about the purpose of your visit, who is in your party (the relationship), and you need to upload a headshot photo in your Airbnb profile. I need to see clearly what you look like. If you book without sending a suitable photo, I will still ask for one before I accept.
Its good to know who we are interacting with, dont you think so : )
2. I sometimes get asked if house previews are available before you book - the answer would be no. The photos you see of the house and rooms are accurate; if they weren't there would be some mention about this in guests' reviews. Should you have a specific question in mind about the room, however, I would be very happy to answer all of them!
3. Also there have been a few who had wanted to meet up with me beforehand but as Im never sure with my schedule, its definitely easier to catch me on flipkey or watsapp**once booking confirmed**
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
1) While I don't prepare breakfast, I do provide the basic cereals, gourmet breads, jams, fresh fruit, snacks as well!
2) As I mentioned this is a bustling city :) we are close to the main road and it can be noisy for some ppl.
3)The guard house at the front of the Condo will definitely require your ID to be registered with them. As security is tight to maintain a safe environment for all who stay there.
So, do take care of your ID as I have guest who at time of check in either excited :) or frazzled that they misplaces their IDs.
This is just a note of caution.
