Suitable for a couple, Sunshine Beach Garden Retreat is an award-winning, architecturally renovated, self-catering 1 bedroom apartment. Two separate deck areas set in a garden overlooking a local park, allowing you to breakfast amongst the birds, or enjoy a peaceful afternoon BBQ. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf and rustling palm fronds, wake energised by the fresh sea air.

The apartment is quiet and private, the building located on a small local street. It features an indigenous garden and organic veggie patch, a busy birdbath and frog pond. A herb garden is provided for use by guests.

Step outside to a choice of activities: a patrolled surf beach and surf breaks 5-10 mins stroll, Noosa National Park offering a variety of hiking/running trails 5 mins walk in one direction, and Sunshine Village 5 mins in the other. The village features a range of restaurants, cafes and take-aways, as well as deli, bottle shops, convenience store and the popular Surf Club with its spectacular ocean views. Nature lovers are in for a treat with plant, animal, fish and bird species in abundance in the Noosa National Park and Sunshine Coast more generally, as well as humpback whales passing on migration twice a year.

We live onsite so we can usually welcome you, show you around the apartment and give you a brief introduction to the area and the range of local activities. After that, we give guests their privacy unless they welcome interaction. However, we can still answer any queries by SMS. There is a key safe next to the front door in case we are away.

How do damage deposits work?
