Description
This lovely house is a newly renovated, stylish and comfortable house with designer finishes. It is set in South Sussex close to the water and has everything you need to ensure you have a perfect holiday.
The house has accommodation for 6 people comfortably. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 Single beds and one with a Queen bed. Externally downstairs there is a self-contained annexe with a Queen bed, an ensuite and kitchenette. Both Queen bedrooms have sliding doors which open onto a sun drenched balcony or deck.
The house has contemporary interiors with a generous open plan dining and living area. The kitchen is fitted with new appliances including a silent dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, gas cooktop and electric oven.
With lots of places in the house to rest, relax and entertain, there is a safe, fully enclosed, established backyard with grassed lawn. There is also a sunbathing deck in the garden with two stylish sun loungers so you can rest and relax on your getaway.
There is a wrap around balcony upstairs, as well as a large BBQ deck with a leafy vista and comfortable 3-piece outdoor sofa setting and 6 burner BBQ.
There is air conditioning, heating, an open fireplace for winter getaways as well as television, DVD and free Wi-Fi.
Activities and attractions include; swimming, fishing, walking, beach combing, cycling, bush tracks. There is also a range of amazing day trips on your doorstep, which includes Jervis Bay and Green Patch.
Launch your boat off the ramp opposite the house
Less than 500m to the Lions Park for swimming or family fishing
5 minute drive to the surf beach
5 minute drive to Sussex Inlet and all its facilities including the country markets and quaint cinema
There is secure, under cover off street parking in the carport for one car, off street parking in the driveway and plenty of on street parking for visitors.Laundry room with top loader washing machine (cold wash only)
No pets allowed. Non-smoking inside. Guests are expected to leave the house in the condition and the format provided on check in.
There is a coffee pod machine which takes Aldi Expressi capsules.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
