Description

This property is nested on a nice sized private land and it consists of 2 buildings and a total of 3 bedrooms. First house has two bedrooms, living room area, kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. On the opposite side of the swimming pool there is a smaller pool house that has additional bedroom, living room and bathroom. This interesting arrangement offers interesting accommodation variations for couples or families with additional privacy option.

Property has a private swimming pool, large garden with many interesting corners where one can enjoy nature in perfect privacy and peace. In the courtyard guests can play badminton, and there is a child swing for our little guests
Near Vodnjan located Istrian village. For shopping, go in the
only 10 km away lies picturesque Vodnjan. Many of the typical Istrian,
culturally and historically interesting places are easily reached from here. the
Beaches of the coast are within 15 km (Fazana-beach, Brioni). it
consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room.
The weekly price includes:
2 houses, 7 nights accommodation, final cleaning, laundry (once per week linen, two times per week towels), pool maintenance, garden maintenance, gas, water, electricity, tourist tax, registration fee, internet wi-fi connection (flat rate), firewood, meet and greet with a welcome basket of local products.
Baby cot and high chair are at your disposal if You need them free of charge.
A security deposit of 300 Euro is required on arrival which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages to the property other than the ones from normal usage.

“We had a wonderful stay in this Villa”

Villa Darko was the base for our touring of the Istria region in Croatia. The Villa is located in quiet area. Rooms are amazing, as is the pool area and the overall service. Highly recommended
