The Space

The Condo View is unique - it has the only truly private view of the golf course and skyline from both the living room and master bedroom. With windows on 3 sides, the views are beyond majestic. Furthermore, the placement also makes the master bedroom the only perfectly quiet place in BGC.

There are 3 Ultra-HD TVs in the unit for entertainment in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom.

The condo includes a master bedroom with king-sized bed and walk in closet, second bedroom with queen bed, two full bathrooms (master bathroom is en suite), and a maids quarters which includes a 3rd smaller bathroom. You also have a full washer and dryer to use in addition to a stove and refrigerator.

Guest Access

Building amenities include a large swimming pool and sun deck with lounge chairs. You also have access to the gym which includes free weights, treadmills, and elliptical cross trainer. The air-conditioned lobby is very comfortable for hanging out or waiting for friends / Grab / Taxi or to read and work if you want a change of pace.

Interaction with Guests

I know the city inside-out and will help you with anything you are looking for whether it's finding a great restaurant, locating the right doctor, renewing your visa, or knowing where to go for pretty much anything. I can also help you network and connect to the right people whether for business or social. I also live in the same building and happy to show you around or meet up for a coffee and chat about travel.

The Neighborhood

There are over 50 bars and restaurants within around 100 meters of the condo. This is the best building in Fort Bonifacio for location and amenities.

St Lukes (best hospital in the country) is just 5 blocks away and the new Fort Shangri-La (best gym and buffet in the country) is a 5 minute walk from here.

With the new extension of high street you now have a straight shot walking all the way from Burgos Circle to High Street to Serendra - a beautiful area to shop, dine, and explore.

Getting Around

I can probably arrange for you to use one of my parking spaces if you inform me in your booking request. Taxis can be found quickly right outside the building. You can book a GRABTAXI to have a car come directly to the lobby. Bus stop if you want public transport to Makati is only 100 meters away. Free shuttle to resorts world is 50 meters away.

Other Things to Note

Guests should turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the unit for an extended period of time and also turn off air conditioning in rooms they are not actively using. Electricity usage in excess of $7 per day will be charged at the time of checkout. Guests will be responsible for paying damages up front due to their own negligence (for example breaking a key off in the door or tearing down curtains). Kindly take out the trash regularly including before you vacate and leave the condo in the same excellent condition you found it in.
