ALL UNITS EQUIPPED WITH CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING!!!!

Phase I and II villas are free standing units, where all units will have a private deck. Please expect between 12 and 15 steps to access the unit.

All Phase I and II units have an occupancy maximum of six. There will be a full kitchen with a toaster and coffee maker (we do NOT supply filters) microwave ect. The master bedroom will be on the main floor, with a queen size bed and private bathroom. Also on the main floor is the guest bedroom, with two twin beds, and the guest bathroom. The second floor consists of the loft, which includes a twin trundle bed.

We had a wonderful time there. No complaints and we are coming back next year. We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit... it was clean and very spacious. We saw deer every day.
