L'appartement sur deux niveaux se trouve au 3ème étage de la villa et se situe à 3 min de la plage en voiture, 20 min à pied.
Sa terrasse panoramique de 50 m² sur le toit vous permet d'apprécier la vue magnifique sur la baie et de prendre vos bains de soleil.
