“Für eine Nacht okay”

“Stinky Place - Just don't book !!!!”
We booked for one night, the room was stinky and had an unpleasant smell. The bed sheet were marked and dirty.

Response from the owner Dear Guest, Thank you for the feedback. We apologize that we could not meet your expectation regarding the event noise issue due to a wedding function was going on nearby on the day. However, we couldn't make an arrangement to change a room for you because our hotel rooms are all located at ground floor. Besides that, thank you for letting us know regarding to the plumbing noise, we have been following up with the issue as long as it is within our control. In addition, adjusting the shower water temperature is really about limiting the shower handle "throw" to regulate the maximum flow of hot water. If you decrease the flow of water instead of setting it to maximum flow of water, you would have enough hot water. We do hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back again. “Nice stay”
David was very helpful. IT was no problem to change from a windowless room to an Apartment. Everything was clean and the recommendations for the Jungle Walk had been very helpful.
