Get the best of Tangier by staying in our charming flat well situated, fully equipped (AC & Double glazing in rooms, Internet, Sat TV, microwave...) and decorated by love.

At only 2 min from the city beach and the new Marina and 1 min from the mythic Mohamed V Avenue in a secure and animated area, you will enjoy nice walks even late night.

Old City is accessible by 20min walk by two ways for an optimal exploration of Tangier.

BONUS : Bus and taxis to Chefchaouen are only 10min away walking.

The apartment is located in a modern building with elevator and doorman in a lively district, and secure.

2 sunny rooms with clean bedding, air conditioning and double glazing are available to you for a restful sleep. One room has a double bed and the second one has 2 single beds that can be glued together for a double king size bed. Both bedrooms have wardrobes integrated with possibility of closing by keys.

The living area, sunny in the afternoon, consists of a large space intelligently divided between a dining room, a Moroccan lounge and a modern lounge. You will have a 40 inch flat screen TV connected to satellite with all the main international channels. You will also have an ADSL internet connection at a sufficient bandwidth for leisure and work as well as a fixed telephone line to receive calls.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare any dishes. It has a balcony to dry your laundry.

Getting around

Parking is free around the residence. There are guards day and night which you can give a tip if you want at the start or end of your stay (typically $0.2 per day and $1 per night). For small taxis, simply get on Boulevard Mohammed 5 (in front of the residence) and you will be served. Note that you are near the Big Taxi and Bus station (10min by walk) and the main train station (20min by walk) if you want to discover other areas around Tangier.

Interaction with guest

It will be a pleasure for me and my brother in law Mouad to welcome you and advise you for your stay in the city. We are friendly (like true Moroccans who respect themselves) so feel free to ask us for anything (car trips, airport travel ...).

1- Please note that you should declare the number of ALL guests at booking. All ID's must be provided at check-in. Inviting extra-guests not allowed without express permission.

2- IMPORTANT : it's forbidden by law to guest a couple with Moroccan girl in the house without a proof of marriage. Police is strict about it.

3- Be nice to our neighbours by preventing loud noise especially after 22h.

4- 3rd party booking is not permitted. If you book, you must be at the check-in to take the keys.
