Description
Havre de Paix adossée aux remparts de la Casbah et de la Médina,
cette villa de grand standing et de 650 M2 habitables se situe à 200 mètres à vol d'oiseau de la Mer et à 5 minutes à pied du Centre Ville.
Elle est accessible directement en voiture et dispose d'un garage.
Les vues sur l'Espagne, le Détroit, le nouveau port de pêche ou encore la grande baie de Tanger et sa ville y sont tout à fait exceptionnelles...
La villa est louée avec son personnel dont le nombre fluctue en fonction du nombre de personnes. Ce personnel est inclus dans le prix de la location.
La nourriture, les boissons ainsi que leurs courses sont exclues du prix indiqué. Seuls la préparation des petits déjeuners ainsi que leur service à table sont inclus.
Cependant, le cuisinier ainsi que le Majordome sont optionnels avec suppléments.
Durant les mois de juillet et août, le nombre de jours minimum est fixé à 6 jours et le prix minimum correspond à 6 personnes.
L’utilisation du Hammam est également optionnelle avec supplément.
Le dépôt du linge personnel en Blanchisserie Professionnelle par notre personnel est gratuit. Utiliser le personnel et les ressources de la Villa pour ces tâches peut se faire contre supplément.
Les jeux de ballons dans le jardin bordant la piscine ne sont pas autorisés... Cependant, à proximité immédiate de la Villa se trouvent des agencements publics adaptés et gratuits pour la pratique de ces jeux.
La piscine n'est pas surveillée et son utilisation assumée sous la seule responsabilité des locataires.
La villa dispose d'un chauffage Central.
En hiver, pour le grand salon Vert du Rez de chaussée, le chauffage est essentiellement assuré par 2 grandes cheminées alimentées quotidiennement par 50 Kg de bois d'olivier. Au delà de cette quantité de bois, un supplément sera à verser en cash localement.
Les évènements et fêtes ne sont pas autorisés.
Les bébés sont acceptés mais les enfants entre 2 et 10 ans déconseillés et à devoir valider.
