We offer hotel standard But pay lesser! The property is built on top of 4-storey of Island Plaza mall. It is newly setup since Jan 2015.

This cosy apartment consists of 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The apartment is fitted with freshly laundered bed dings, wood flooring and 24 hour water heating supply. It consists of 1 King bed in the 1st bedroom, 1 queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 1 twin sofa bed in the living area. Also provide a well- equipped kitchen, comfortabke living area and superb Gurney view and sea view. There is Private lift access and 24hour security for more safety stay.

This cosy 2 bedroom apartment featured an in door swimming pool, jacuzzi whcih has superb seavview from pool side. However, parking is at the minimum charge.

This apartments for holidays lets in the hotspot areas in which in between Batu Ferringhi Beach and Georgetown Penang. Close to restaurant, hawkers food, shops and bars, or bus and taxi stands. The night come attractive with nearby hawker fares and exciting activities.

“Great apartment with everything you need”

Value for money, swimming pool, great complex with supermarket, coffee shops and restaurants. Public transport at your door step. Excellent service and help from Hoon.
