The exclusive villa is located about 250 meters above the sea in a completely exposed position on the cliffs, the municipality of La Matanza. The region (Punta del Sol) is also called the sun richest of the North. The property is an ideal location for tourists superior level that off looking from mass tourism rest and relaxation. Directly below the land nature reserve Costa Acentejo, which also invites a circular route begins. The views of the Teide (3.718m), Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic is absolutely stunning throughout the garden area and in the villa. The living rooms of "Casa del Sol" radiate equally from exclusivity and comfort. For families, the villa offers a home for an unforgettable holiday. Maximum 6 people in the villa. The large garden with typical plantings and the heated pool also still has an outside shower and sun loungers, terraces complete the cozy fair. The gorgeous southwest facing not only offers breathtaking sunsets but also the view of Spain's highest mountain, Mount Teide. The view of the entire north coast and its sea of lights at night, has a special charm. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a very spacious living and dining area with a fireplace. The antique wooden kitchen is a real highlight. With dishwasher, four-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine etc. it is complete and lavishly equipped. A washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are in the attached pantry. found at the large table in the living room eight people easily, from there you can enjoy a magnificent view of the entire north coast, Mount Teide and the Atlantic. The two main bedrooms are furnished with taste and quality beds (180x200) of the sleep system "Swiss Flex", as well as the children's youth room, which has a bunk bed and adjacent to one of the main bedroom. One bathroom is en suite with a walk-in large shower. The second bathroom has a shower bath. Their own wine bodega with a brick oven offers a special atmosphere and space for 10 people. Right next door are so to speak, in the "wine cellar" yet another bedroom and a small bathroom with a shower / WC in all rustic style - but only for those who are looking for something special. This very cozy sleeping area is prepared only on request, if the villa with 7-8 people is posted.
