“Amazing condo with exceptional views, beautiful finish out and convenient location.” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The purpose of our trip was twofold, one was for my husband to fish and the other was for me to relax and read. It could not have been more perfect for both. I enjoyed the view and marveled at the constant activity of the boats and ships coming and going right out our window. The lighted pier provided additional entertainment as we watched the Pelicans enjoying their late night meal. I cannot wait to return.

“Enjoyed our stay!” Our family of four stayed here for a little getaway. Conveniently located close to everything and still a pretty good view of the beach. Easy beach access. Condo was clean, no complaints there. Only wish the condo building (villa del sol) took better care of the pool and overall grounds in general.

“#30 is the place!” Stayed in #30 which is upstairs. Loved the Beach view. The big blue house directly in front of the balcony didn't actually detract from the view at all. This unit has an overhang above the roof, so our balcony was shaded. Big plus when it was time to each lunch on the balcony! Master had a queen size bed up with one side up against a wall and double with access on both sides of the bed so my wife and I slept separately, but it definitely worked. Queen mattress was too soft for me anyway. I'm pretty picky, but this made my list as a potential repeat property.

“love love loved!!” This was a beautiful and comfortable stay!! The name suits it very well! Not only do you wake to the waves, but to fall asleep to them is even better!! I loved the simple walk to the beach and the convenience of the pool!! “Great time except for Harvey” Our family stayed in Casa Caracol C. The condo was large and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We had a great time. Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Harvey. The owner, Roberto, came out to check on us and give us updates from the city regarding storm updates and evacuating. We ended up leaving early. If not for Harvey we were planning to extend our stay.

“Beautiful Condo” Met my family in Port A and stayed at this Unit at Sea Isle Village. Nice view from the balcony and short walk to the beach. The outside of property is a little older, but the inside is amazing and very nicely decorated. We only vacation during the week to avoid weekend crowds and had no noise problems. Quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. Will definitely be back.

“Home away from home” Perfect family getaway! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casa Malbec. We were first attracted to the home for it's name, Bei g avif wine drinkers. The accommodations are not only comfortable but very well kept. Our family felt at home and enjoyed the short walk to the beach each day in addition to our onsite pool. We can't wait to visit again next year!

“Relaxing and luxurious!” The experience was all we wanted it to be and more. We stayed at the condo with my husband, 2 teens and a 18 month old and we all fit comfortably! The place is beautifully appointed with gorgeous views, exquisite patio, and gracious hosts. We had fun just enjoying the place itself, the kids had their own quarters with TV and board games and me and my husband stayed in adjoining suite complete with living room and kitchen. Very nice setup, very relaxing, great location right next to tons of amazing restaurants, upscale shopping and amusement parks. Just all-around perfect family vacation spot!

“Very good!” Everything was great! The owners were really nice and would respond quickly to any questions we had. The check in process was easy and quick. Equipped with everything we needed, even had board games and beach chairs in one closet. The condo was very nice and clean, everything was working, the views were awesome! “Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Pics don't do justice” From the outside, it may not look gorgeous , but the unit was just that. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was very well stocked, spacious living room area. My family was very happy to have found this unit and we plan the make this our regular vacation spot. A few side notes, Parking spaces say two, however there is no additional "separate space" we had to simply park right behind our other vehicle, and the carport we parked under was very low to the vehicle. The large frying pan needs replacing and we could've used more towels, but other than that, we were very happy. Pool is also very nice- great view and location! Can't wait to go back!

“Better than Mexico all-inclusive” Better than Mexico all inclusives. Surfside 1 in South Padre, TX Spi78597 was staying at the beautiflly updated beach condo was very relaxing. Frp, tje flat screem TV to the Granite in the bathroom there was everything my family and I needed for a home away from home. (Even a hair blow dryer) Surfside 1 in S. P.
