Description
Villa Ani-Lee is a luxury 3 bedroom, 2 storey villa set in its own mature gardens with private heated pool and Hot Tub. It boasts a balcony overlooking pool and terraced areas with sea views. There is a built in BBQ with equipment and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining and relaxation. The villa is located in a rural setting on the outskirts of the town Tias, 7kms from the main town of Puerto del Carmen, although there are shops, restaurants and bars together with a supermarket in the town of Tias.
This holiday rental villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday but yet it is only a ten minute drive from the airport, Puerto del Carmen and the beaches and a 5 minute drive to the golf course. The villa offers complete privacy and is approached through a flower lined drive with attractive white balustrades enhancing the extensive grounds. The spacious private heated pool, terrace and hot tub provide a beautiful setting in which to relax.
Through the main conservatory entrance is the fully furnished lounge. The fitted kitchen and utility room lead off from the lounge. Beneath the decorative wooden stairs in the hall is an interior garden surrounded by volcanic stone. On the upper floor approaching the master bedroom is a further sitting area leading onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and terrace areas.
Lanzarote, lies in a sub-tropical location off the coast of West Africa, it has an all year round sunny climate.
It has the pull of sun, sea and sangria, but travel a little inland and you will discover the real beauty of this stunning island.

“Beautiful Canarian Home”
Absolutely stunning villa, wonderful quiet location…one of the warmest pools I have had the pleasure of using (in 12 villa visits to the Island). Could not fault the management l, so attentative as is the owner, whose communication is second to none. Will definitely be visiting again.

“Loved Lanzarote”
Quiet and peaceful, very private, pretty gardens, greenery and plants all within the villa walls make it a very picturesque and relaxing little hideaway to relax by the pool and unwind, comfortable rooms with plenty of furniture and places to chill, cool inside the villa when hot outside, massive choice of films, books to read, few games, well equipped kitchen and utility, powerful showers, well equipped bath and shower rooms, nice jacuzzi, warm swimming pool, good pool table, lots of space, great sun lounging area all around the pool which is homely and traditionally decorated with flowering plants and cactus, lit up in the evening by colourful wall lights, very pretty, it is our kind of villa. Ten minutes drive to a snorkelling beach with a kiosk, 25mins drive to an excellent surfing beach by a cool surf village with shops and cafes, 25mins drive to a beautiful sandy beach with shops and tourist spots, 5mins drive to a very good supermarket, we had a very easy relaxing holiday and you couldn't ask for more from the wonderful and kind hosts - we ran out of petrol day two as we pulled in to the villa (the car fuel gauge was very dodgy) and Colin talked us through how to walk to a (fabulous!) hardware store to get a petrol can and then on to a (very useful nearby) petrol station and little shop you could get everything else you needed. “It’s so good we keep returning every year”
Villa Anni Lee is perfect fo our group of four and hence we have visited twice a year fo some time. The location is quiet with a heated pool,hot tub and if you feel so inclined a tv with loads of channels. The villa is spotless and should you need assistance at any time the local rep is excellent. All local facilities are close by so the shops and many beaches are a short drive away. An ideal holiday spot.
