The apartment is tastefully furnished with comfortable furniture for the best comfort. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with a small dining area. Two balconies and a large private roof terrace. Wi-Fi The living room has leather sofa, lounge area with TV, dining area with extendable dining table. Exit to large balcony where the sun shines almost all day. Master bedroom with own large bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed 160x200cm, large closets and exit to a little ventilation balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped with large fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, moccamaster, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table. A staircase from the living room leads to the large roof terrace which is fully protected. Large dining table with seating for 8 people. Outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Loungers. Louggrupp. View towards "Sugar Square" 350 meters to the beach and the long boardwalk. You can walk or cycle for miles on the longest promenade. Bikes can be rented, Baviera Golf is about 2.5 km from the apartment. Elevator is available in the house. Garage in the same house can be rented for 20 Euro / week. The pool is open during the summer.

How do damage deposits work?
