Fantastisk takvåning med vacker privat takterrass. Sol hela dagen. Markis finns.
Vardagsrum med soffa, TV, matbord och arbetsbord och AC. Utgång till stor balkong med utemöbler och sol hela dagen. Markis finns.
Master sovrum med AC, eget badrum och utgång till mindre vädringsbalkong. Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng 160x200cm, stora garderober. Badrummet har badkar, bidé, toalett och tvättmaskin.
Det mindre sovrummet har två bekväma enkelsängar 80x200cm och AC.
Kök med all maskinell utrustning man kan behöva. Spis, ugn, kyl/frys, micro, vattenkokare, moccamaster, brödrost.
Det mindre badrummet har duschkabin och toalett.
Från vardagsrummet går trappan upp till den vackra takterrassen med loungegrupp, matgrupp, solstolar och utekök med grill. Markis finns. Sol hela dagen. Utsikt mot den vackra parken "Sockertorget".
