This is new construction in an exclusive residential area of Turtle Tail. The studio consists on a large main bedroom with queen sized bed, wall to wall beautiful views out across the Turquoise waters of the Caicos Banks! You won't believe your eyes when you wake up to this every morning.
There is a well stocked kitchenette with four burner electric cook top, full sized fridge with freezer and everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which you can eat on the wrap around deck, enjoying the views or overlooking the adjacent garden and pool.
There is also a full bathroom with spacious shower. Everything you need to enjoy Provo is here.
The house is set on one of the highest points on the island. This takes advantage of 360 degree views and also the wonderful easterly breezes which help keep things cool and enjoyable.
(This property can be rented in conjunction with an adjacent two bedroom cottage for larger groups).
Located just off Ocean Drive it is a quiet, safe neighborhood of beautiful homes and open spaces. Yet it is less than 5 minutes drive to the Leeward Highway from where all of Providenciales is within easy reach.
