“Wonderful Stay” A short drive from Moab this condo worked extremely well for two retired couples from Canada. Spacious and well equipped including a good selection of condiments and spices we easily prepared our dinners and made good use of the BBQ. The owner , Marta was wonderful to work with. We stayed for a week hiking and visiting the National & State Parks and Scenic drives in the area. A five minute walk from the condo took us to a beautiful Petroglyph Panel.

“Moab A1 Condo” Beautiful 3 bedroom condo that is furnished with everything you need. The decorations in ever room are so neat, nice new furniture. A great home away from home. Perfect for 2 to 6 people with room to spare. View of the red rim is so peaceful you just want to sit outside. Backyard has a fire pit extra loungers just perfect for relaxing after a day of touring. Close to grocery store, restaurants and National Parks. The owner Ron makes you fee welcomed.

“Perfect location and Excellent accomidations” This property is marketed well. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect location for our use of Pineview Resevoir, including the very short walk to the beach. The onsite access to swimming pool and tennis courts were a great perk. The condo is well furnished and supplied and is in excellent conidition. It was perfect space for our two families. We hope to be back next year.

“Great week of sun, skiing and relaxing.” We stayed in the 1 bedroom Platinum Woods condo the first week of March. It started as just my husband and I, then my father decided to join us and after we booked the room, my mother also decided to come along. It was enough space for the 4 of us, although we were not in the room very much. The ammenities were very nice and for the most part, the condo was very well stocked with the utensils to cook about anything you wanted. There were a few little things that are definitly not deal breakers, just things that we noticed like: for the 4 of us, there was 1.5 rolls of toilet paper which did not last long, so that was trip to the store ; also, there were very few places to hang the towels in the bathroom, which doesnt seem like a big deal and probably sounds whiney, but the towels were always ending up on the floor or confused on whose was whose, and not many, so it seemed like we washed towels quite often and there was no laundry soap, so that was another trip to the store. Also, we were under the assumption that the shuttle was included in our stay, but it was $20 / day. We did participate in the timeshare presentation and they ended up waiving the fee of the shuttle. Most of the staff were great, but a couple were rude when we went to the front door for the shuttle to Deer Valley instead of going out the back, but we had no idea. The beds were ok, not the best sleep but far from the worst. We took advantage of the small deck to enjoy the sun. The hot tub was nice after a long day of skiing. The restaurants were ok, mostly went to Park City at night. The ski valet service was excellent, although it would be great if the locker room and valet spot were a little closer, but again was a terrific service. The place is huge, but we quickly figured it out the way around. The shuttle service was very nice and the bus system around Park City was great and easy to get to and offered many great options for dinner and apres ski drinks. We hope to be back next year.

“Perfect winter vacation” We were very fortunate to find this gem in Park City for our winter vacation. We lived in this very large and well appointed condo for two full months. Scott and family were incredibly easy to work with and made our stay so nice. The location is fantastic! We are across the street from Fresh Market, Rite aid and Starbucks (as well as many other useful businesses). We were also maybe a 5 minute walk to the Park City Mountain Resort, which is where we had our season passes to snowboard. Another huge plus is the buses here are free to use, and the bus stop is just out front of the complex (2 min walk max). We often took buses to Main Street, which was maybe a 5 minute ride. Very convenient. The condo itself is very large, plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fantastic, and had much more then we expected. Most vacation rentals have the bare minimum with dishes, glasses and cookware, but not here. They had enough to create a feast for 15 (which we didn't, but could have!). The downstairs living area with 1/2 bathroom was great and very open. Nice large TV, the sofa couch was quite comfortable, and the dining room was great for playing games. The high ceiling made this floor plan very open, letting in a lot of light from the second story skylights and floor to ceiling windows. Upstairs there are two full master suites that are separated by a sitting room which we used as an office. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are very well sized, you have plenty of room for everything. We preferred the first bedroom off the stairs as it was a bit warmer. Although the back bedroom has it's own heating system. During the summer, the back bedroom with the balcony would be awesome. The pool, hot tub and sauna in the main area of the complex is great! We met a lot of cool travelers there, and it was a huge plus that the pool was heated, we estimated around 80 degrees. We highly recommend this condo, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Park City!

“Deer Valley, Satisfied” Oh we absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was beautifully furnished, very cozy and roomy. We had two families together during our stay and the accommodations met every need. We’re big on cooking and the kitchen was fully stocked and supplied.Not to mention how convenient it is to drive up to Jordanelle, literally a five minute drive. “Excellent room” The room was excellent, plenty of room for everyone, clean and great location. A little difficultly checking in, this seemed to be on the part of the Westgate. Westgate was very clear with us that we were not on the same level as the guests that had booked through them, this was very annoying. However, the experience with the room and Itrip Park City was excellent.

“Beautiful Family Memories” We stayed in the Snow Basin condo in March, 2011 with our 6 and 7 year old children for a fabulous family ski trip. The condo was beautifully appointed and we had everything we needed and more. It was very convenient to all of the ski areas as well as to the grocery store and restaurants. For a little more variety it was just a short drive to indoor sky-diving, movie theaters, and a wonderful children's museum. We were glad to see them during a day when the snow was falling so heavily that we did not want to ski. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. The complex was very quiet and we were never disturbed by loud neighbors like the time we went to Taos, NM to ski. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for a family vacation!

“Wonderful Easter Weekend 2014” Dear Park City Vacation Properties, The whole experience, was so wonderful for our family at the Powder Run Condo. It made our Easter weekend fun and exciting. We especially, enjoy the beautiful décor and the home like feeling the condo provided for us all. It was comfortable and very entertaining. Most of all the views were absolutely fantastic, with the surrounding mountains all around. Having Main Street, so close was another special treat for all of us to enjoy. We couldn't have ask for a more relaxing and enjoyable Easter Weekend! Park City, Utah is a great vacation spot for any family to enjoy all year round. “Great place!” I loved staying at this condo. The unit has recently been renovated and was very clean. The studio side has a view of the mountain and is located just steps from the ski slopes and among the shops and restaurants. The bedroom has its own bathroom and television and the bed was very comfortable. The living room area is roomy and has a very comfortable queen murphy bed that folds out of the wall if needed. The unit also has a second bathroom and a well-stocked kitchenette with nice appliances. There are also balconies off of both the living room and the bedroom overlooking the skating rink. The unit couldn't be any more conveniently located for skiing; it's located right next to the lift ticket windows and is practically on the payday run. It is also right by a bus stop which was nice because I didn't rent a car but was still able to get around town to meet friends, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

“Perfection!!!!” We traveled for 10 days; husband and two teen boys. This was the perfect place in every way. It is close to the City; you can walk everywhere easily. The house is stocked with anything you will need including alot of breakfast foods. Washer/dryer/detergent/dryer sheets all included so you really only need to pack about three days rotation of clothing--I way over packed. Nice patio area for chilling during the HOT summer days; hot tub and patio furniture. Super quiet as well. We slept great, played hard during the day and had a great place to chill on the down days. We've been coming to Moab for 20 years; this is our new home away from home-- Wish we had found this years ago. THANKS SUE for sharing your awesome space.

“Family Escape” The set up was great, the beds were very comfortable and any problems we encountered were handled right away. As mentioned in a previous review one of the hot tubs was not working but we enjoyed the heat of the working one. We did recommend a few things and having more fans available to help bring in some of the cool outside air was one but that would not keep us from renting again. We had a wonderful time and made many memorable moments with the grandkids. Thank you.

“Great stay!” Beautiful condo! Nice and roomy. Had all the appliances we needed to cook some of our meals! The only complaint was the sofa sleepers were awful but the king beds were very comfortable! Nice pool and hot tub! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

“The condo was new, modern, and beautifully appointed.” First, the condo itself: The condo was beautiful. The rooms were large, with a private bath connected to each of the bedrooms. All of the televisions (one in the living room and one in each bedroom) were large and new. The only thing I could have asked for more was that the silverware was plastic. (And I do understand that real silverware would be a temptation to some guests to pocket it.) Aside from that, everything was lovely. My only regret was that, because of time restraints, we arrived late in the evening and had to leave early the next morning. I wish we could have enjoyed it longer. Second: One other thing I would say as a word of caution: I rented this condo from a third party (Groupon). The stated rental cost for one night was one figure, and the actual cost, when it came to paying, was an additional $71. That was listed as "tax." When I questioned them about the huge amount of tax, they explained that this was tax AND handling charges. I believe it would be only fair to list the total amount for the rental, including tax and handling charges, rather than to have the renter be surprised (and a bit dismayed) at the additional amount.Thank you. The initial listed price was a good deal for one night. The actual price was not such a good deal. This may be something you would want to address with Groupon.

“Clean and covenient” We had a very nice, relaxing stay at the 3 Kings for 5 nights. It was a clean, cozy spot for our family of four and a friend. It is walking distance to the chairlift at Park City and a close car ride to the grocery store and other amenities. The free shuttle stops right nearby although we did not try it since we had a car. And although the kitchen was generally well-stocked, the condo lacked some staples that are usually available at other VRBO rentals that we have enjoyed: no pot holders; no sponges; no dishwasher soap; and no kitchen towels. In addition there were no instructions for how to use the TV remotes, and no info on the location, etc. of the hot tub/pool.
