Dreaming on a mild and sunny winter, or a warm spring or autumn?
Dreaming on taking breakfast while the sun is bathing you and you are relaxing looking at the sea?
Dreaming on dinner with the light of moon reflecting in the sea while listening the music of the waves?
I can provide you the apartment where you certainly will experiment these and other sensations, and all of this in a marvellous naturist environment.
I have two twin appartments of 60 m2, distributed as follows:
• Bathroom: Shower, WC, Bidet, Single Washbasin
• Bedroom: Double Bed (appartment 68) or Twin beds (appartment 69) and A/C and heating Unit
• Kitchen: Washing Machine, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Breakfast Bar.
• Living room: TV, Dining Facilities, Sofa bed for 2 persons, A/C and heating Unit
• Terrace: 7,7 m2 with an impressive view of the full 7 km beach.
• Air conditioning and heating in the Bed room and living room.
Southeast orientation, with sun in the terrace till early afternoon (facing to the sea), and sun in the entrance in the late afternoon (facing the communal swimming pool), therefore sun around all the day.
The apartment has the closest possible situation to the beach (the beach in front of the apartment). The apartment is beautifully furnished, well equipped and is located in the first floor within the private naturist complex Natsun, in village of Vera, well-known by its naturist area with the 8 km sandy beach.
Its privilege location benefits from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops in the nearby.
Almeria enjoys the sunniest, warmest, and driest winter of all of Spain and Europe. A unique desert climate, stunning scenery, sandy beaches and great Spanish and affordable food. Vera is 40 minutes from the astonishing Cabo de Gata National Park. Sun, leisure, water sports (snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, canoeing), outdoor living, fitness, relaxation and golf (at least 5 golf courses in the nearby) are available all year round!
Located within 2.5 hours flying time from the main European airports is reached by low-cost flights. Almeria Airport is 40 minute highway drive from Vera.
Vera is also served by two other international airports, Murcia and Alicante. Both are less than two hours away by car.

Perfect for accommodation of single persons, couples and families (less than 5 persons). The "Standard Occupancy Period" is 7 nights. However shorter periods could be considered under availability.

“Well equipped and perfectly located”
The apartment is very well equipped washing machine, full sized hob, microwave, hairdryer etc., and has recently been redecorated. The balcony overlooking the beach sets this aside from others in the area and access to beach , pool and restaurants is easy. An excellent option.

“Heerlijk net appatement”
Wij waren heel tevreden met het appartement. Mooie ligging direct aan zee. Ook de keuken was compleet.Alle zenders op de TV Veel handdoeken en ook nog een wasmachine. Komen zeker nog eens terug
